The Columbus Commitment
Boundless formally signed The Columbus Commitment, which is administered by the Columbus Women’s Commission. By signing the Commitment, Boundless pledges to actively examine our policies, work toward fixing any pay and advancement inequities we may find and participate in learning opportunities to better understand the barriers facing women in the workplace.
The Parity Pledge
Boundless is proud to share that we have taken the ParityPLEDGE, committing to interview and consider at least one qualified woman and one qualified person of color for every open leadership role, VP and above, including the C-suite and Board of Directors.
The Veteran Hiring Pledge
Boundless signed the Veteran Hiring Pledge, where we pledge our commitment to actively hire veterans of the US Armed Forces. DEI&B Committee
The goal of the DEI&B Committee is to work closely with the senior leadership to ensure alignment with Boundless’ overall business strategy and to accelerate DEI&B goals through fostering real culture change, establishing a dedicated focus on diversity and inclusion priorities.
Employee Resource Groups (ERG)
LGBTQ+
This ERG will support and educate Boundless on issues that historically and currently impact members of the LGBTQ+ community. The goal is to promote social justice, honor equal rights and uphold personal autonomy and freedom of expression.
Women & Leadership
This ERG will bring to the forefront to support and educate Boundless on issues that historically and immediately impact women both in society and in leadership roles with the goal to encourage the advancement of women.
Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC)
This ERG will support and educate Boundless on issues that historically and currently impact Black, Indigenous and People of Color communities. These communities include various races, ethnic backgrounds and nationalities. The goal is to show the benefits of increased diversity and to encourage different cultures to live together peacefully.
