Community Behavioral Services help people learn and develop skills to develop appropriate behaviors.
How community behavioral services works
Our board-certified behavior analysts, behavior specialists and qualified behavioral health specialists use a strengths-based approach to provide individualized services at a location in the community, such as the home, day program, school or other community setting. As a part of a unique treatment plan, behavioral therapists use compassionate care and individualized learning opportunities based on the individual's interests. Our clinicians help individuals to build communication, self-regulation, social, learning readiness, coping, daily routines and self-care skills, while also teaching contextually appropriate behaviors. Our team works to provide integrated care with other care providers, family members and other professionals supporting the individual.
