Boundless Worthington Campus Updates 2024

The important work of transforming the Boundless Worthington campus continues, as Boundless moves forward seeking an ideal new neighbor. 

Boundless moved to the 45-acre Worthington campus in 2017 and quickly began to create a master plan for the property. 

Working with diverse stakeholders – community members, volunteers, staff and persons served – we created a plan that identified Boundless priorities: 

• To create a first-in-the state health center bringing together primary care, dental care, pharmacy and behavioral health. Now called Boundless Health, the facility opened in 2022. 

• To create a best-in-class center for autism services. This project is in the very early planning stages. 

• To explore the creation of a training center, which could serve as a workforce development program and welcome community members for events. 

• To maintain the natural beauty of the campus, including the ravine. 

The master plan also made it clear Boundless needs only 16.5 acres for its mission, providing an opportunity to sell the remaining acreage and re-invest into our property. In 2023 Boundless began working with Worthington resident and commercial broker Matt Gregory to find the right neighbors for us. 

All prospective new neighbors were made aware of our master plan. Boundless shared campus safety is also incredibly important, and there will not be a pass-through road connecting Indianola and Dublin Granville Road. After reviewing several bids, Boundless has decided to go forward with an organization and is finalizing those details. 

We remain committed to the master plan, and the property sale is key for the plan to become a reality. As a nonprofit, we serve many stakeholders but none more important than the people who choose us for their care. All decisions regarding the sale and evolution of the property are made with those we serve at the forefront.  

We look forward to announcing our new neighbor in late spring or early summer.
