Dr. Cindy Ripsin

Dr. Cindy Ripsin is a board-certified family physician with over twenty years’ experience caring for patients of all ages. This accomplishment allows her multifaceted skillset to shine as she provides healthcare services to the community and works collaboratively with the Boundless Health management team on clinical strategy. As the medical director of Boundless Health, Dr. Ripsin is responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the execution of the health center’s overall goals. She also provides direct patient services, delivering high-quality healthcare and other medical services to Boundless Health’s patients. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dr. Ripsin was a research scientist at the University of Minnesota, and her work in oat products as a healthy way to lower cholesterol has been recognized by the American Heart Association. Dr. Ripsin attended medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and after residency she cared for patients as a solo family physician in rural Virginia for six years. She has also been a faculty member in academic family medicine programs and has vast experience as a medical director in many venues, including most recently as medical director of the federally qualified health center for Galveston County, TX. Dr. Ripsin is excited to bring fully integrated primary care to Boundless Health’s deserving patients as she assists in designing, implementing and evaluating health programs.
